The sound is weak.
The volume on the audio source is too
low.
Adjust the volume on the
external audio source.
Alternatively, if using the
headworn microphone, speak
louder and/or move mouth
closer to the microphone.
The sound is
distorted.
The channel setting on the transmitter
is different from that on the receiver.
Use the same channel setting
on both the transmitter and
the receiver.
There is sound
interruption or
noise.
Two or more transmitters are set to
the same channel.
Reconfigure the channel on
the transmitter and receiver.
Adjacent channels are being used.
Use a channel at least two
channels from another
channel that is being used.
The channel setting on the transmitter
is different from that on the receiver.
Use the same channel setting
on both the transmitter and
the receiver.
The channel
cannot be
changed.
The transmitter is not in “transmission
stopped” mode.
Turn the transmitter off, and
then turn it on again while
holding down the SET button.
There are
unwanted popping
or crackling
sounds.
The radio has become loose and is
rattling in its housing.
Use a 5/64-inch hex key to
tighten the set screw and
secure the radio’s position.
