When Intelligent Front-Lighting System
is not working properly, the ‘Check
IFS(Intelligent Front-Lighting) system’
warning message will come on for a few
second on the cluster. After the message
disappears, the AFS and
will illuminate
on the cluster. We recommend that the
system be inspected by an authorised
Retailer of Genesis Branded Products.

When the front view camera is covered
with dirt, snow, or debris, Intelligent
Front-Lighting System may temporarily
not work properly. If this occurs, a
warning message will appear on the
cluster.
The system will operate normally when
such dirt, snow or debris is removed.
Intelligent Front-Lighting System may
not properly operate in an area (e.g. open
terrain) where any objects or vehicles are
not detected after turning on the engine.
Also, even though a warning message
does not appear on the LCD, the system
may not properly operate.
