Rear passenger’s seat belt warning
(if equipped)

2nd row outboard seat and 3rd row seat
seatbelt (if equipped)
As a reminder to the second row
outboard seat passengers and third row
seat passengers, the corresponding
seat belt warning lights will illuminate
for approximately 6 seconds each time
the Engine Start/Stop button is in the
ON or START position regardless of belt
fastening.
And then, if the seat belt is still not
fastened whilst driving, or unfastened
whilst driving, it will operate as follows
depending on vehicle speed.
Below 12 mph:
The corresponding seat belt warning
light will illuminate until the seatbelt is
fastened.
Above 12:
The corresponding seat belt warning
light will blink and the warning chime
will sound for approximately 35 seconds,
and the warning light will continue to
illuminate until the seatbelt is fastened.
Second row centre seatbelt
With the Engine Start/Stop button in
the ON or START position, if the second
row centre seat passenger’s seat belt
is not fastened, the corresponding seat
belt warning light will illuminate for 70
seconds. But, if the seatbelt is fastened
after 6 seconds, the corresponding seat
belt warning light will immediately turn
off.
If the seat belt then fastened, and is
unfastened whilst driving below 12 mph,
the corresponding seat belt warning light
will illuminate for 70 seconds.
If the seat belt then fastened, and is
unfastened whilst driving above 12 mph,
the corresponding seat belt warning light
will blink and the warning chime will
sound for approximately 35 seconds.
