use, and the user should be notified on the means
to turn off the circuit (e.g. by indicating a circuit
breaker used to switch off the circuit).
7.3.2 Connection of keypads and expansion
module to the Bus.
• Recommended cable for Bus connection is an In-
truder Alarm copper cable, 6 cores 0.2mm

section
(0.5mm diameter).
• Connect +VX, COM, DX and CX terminals in the key-
pad/expansion module with the same named termi-
nals in the control panel.
• Connecting multiple devices within a single system,
the same named terminals shall be connected to-
gether.
• A star, bus or mixed connection topology is allowed.
• Maximal total length of cables connected to Bus ter-
minals shall not exceed 300m.
