8.6 PROGRAMMING WITHOUT COMPUTER
Before starting programming the panel, read the
information in the „First run” chapter first.
Local panel programming is possible only by using ser-
vice mode. In this mode, the panel does not perform
any security functions, and ignores all tamper signals.
8.6.1 Restoring factory default settings
If current settings shall be replaced by a factory default
configuration, a factory default reset is necessary.
Resetting to factory default procedure depends on
whether installer code is known, and if the master user
disabled installer access. If installer code is known, and
the master user did not disabled service access:
start service mode by entering installer code fol-
lowed by „#” key,
select service function 107 (restoring factory default
settings and codes) by entering the following se-
quence:
or by selecting proper menu item (General > Default
settings and codes)
If the service code is not known, or it is not possible to
enable service access, entering service mode via Ser-
vice jumper is necessary. In such case, follow the steps
described in the „Hardware factory reset” chapter.
