3.6.4 Connecting Backup Battery
GV-AS Power Board supports any battery of 12V 5Ah to provide battery backup when the
mains supply fails. When the battery is connected, the Power and Charging LEDs will light.
When the mains supply is removed and the battery voltage level is above 10.2V, the
Discharging LED will light and the battery will support normal operation.

Note: An internal battery verification will cut the battery power if the battery voltage level falls
below 10.2V.
