When the data packets match the following parameters, the data packets will be
discarded.
The parameters of MAC/IP/Port Filter Settings are described as follows:
Field Description
MAC Address The MAC addresses included in the data packets.
It can be a destination MAC address or a source
MAC address.
Dest IP Address The destination IP address.
Source IP Address The source IP address.
Protocol The protocol types of data packets, includes TCP,
UDP, and ICMP.
Dest Port Range The destination port range is 1~65535.
Source Port Range The source port range is 1~65535.
Action Select Accept or Drop.

Note:
You should set at least a parameter above, or you may set several parameters or all
the parameters above.

5.6.2 Virtual Server
Firewall can prevent unexpected traffic on the Internet from your host on the LAN.
The virtual server can create a channel that can pass through the firewall. In that case,
the host on the Internet can communicate with a host on your LAN within certain port
range.
