4. Check the actual air temperature and adjust if needed. The temperature is set on
200 °C (factory default). Set required roasting temperature by pushing the cursor
up / down buttons. The set value will show the setpoint.
5. Release the beans into the drum by opening the handle. Note: this might be the
moment when you would start the timer. .
6. Continue roasting until the beans have reached the required color. You can
change the temperature set point while the roasting is in progress.
