Frame. If no acquisition is in progress the command is ignored.

This feature sets the frame rate in dependency of the given frame size (in Hz).
At the maximum frame rate and resolution, the camera can deliver a data rate
of more than 1500MB/s, exceeding the data rate via a Gigabit Ethernet inter-
face. The effective frame rate therefore depends on the selected data path.
Streaming live images directly from the camera to the host, or reading frames
from the camera internal memory to the host the effective frame rate is auto-
matically reduced to a data rate that can be transferred via Gigabit Ethernet.
When recording to the camera internal memory, the frame rate is exactly the
rate set with this feature.
