PARTS REQUIRED:
• x2 Omni Wheel Assembly from
Step 7
• x4 2906 Series Aluminum Set
Screw Collar (6mm Bore, 8mm
length)
• x22 1500 Series Plastic Spacer
(6mm ID x 8mm OD, 1mm
thickness)
• x2 1611 Series Flanged Ball
Bearing (6mm ID x 14mm OD,
5mm)
INSTRUCTIONS:
A. Place 7 Plastic Spacers over the D-Shaft of 1 Omni Wheel
Assembly.
B. Place the D-Shaft of the Omni Wheel Assembly into 1 of the
Bearings attached to the 17 Hole Low Side U-Channel in Step 6.
C. Add another 4 Plastic Spacers onto the D-Shaft through the End
not attached to the Omni Wheel Assembly.
D. Add 1 Set Screw Collar to the D-Shaft. Slide it all the way up
against the Spacers. Tighten the Set Screw once it is in place.
E. Place 1 Ball Bearing into the hole of the short Low Side
U-Channel where the D-Shaft sticks out. Then, add another Set
Screw Collar to the end of the D-Shaft, sliding it so it is against
the Bearing. Tighten the Set Screw.
F. Repeat for the other Omni Wheel on the other side of the
drivetrain.
