• x1 1116 Series Grid Plate (17 x 29
Hole, 136 x 232mm)
• x2 1116 Series Grid Plate (5 x 5
Hole, 40 x 40mm)
• x2 1116 Series Grid Plate (3 x 5
Hole, 24 x 40mm)
• x12 2800 Series Zinc-Plated Steel
Socket Head Screw (M4 x 0.7mm,
10mm Length)
• x12 2812 Series Zinc-Plated Steel
Nylon-Insert Locknut (M4 x
0.7mm, 7mm Hex)
INSTRUCTIONS:
A. Using 8 M4 10mm Socket Head Screws, 8 M4 Locknuts, 1 17
x 29 Hole Grid Plate, 2 5 x 5 Hole Grid Plates, and 2 3 x 5 Hole
Grid Plates, Assemble the REV Hub Plate as shown.
B. Lay the REV Hub Plate on the drivetrain so that the 3 x 5 Hole
Grid Plates are positioned behind the Phone Mount and the 5 x 5
Grid Plates are positioned in front of the Phone Mount.
C. Using 4 M4 10mm Socket Head Screws and 4 M4 Locknuts,
attach the REV Hub Plate to the 1 x 9 Pattern Plate as shown.
