U-Channel (3 Hole, 96mm Length)
• x1 1121 Series Low-Side
U-Channel (1 Hole, 48mm Length)
• x2 1123 Series Pattern Plate (1 x 3
Hole, 48 x 96mm)
• x2 1123 Series Pattern Plate (1 x 1
Hole, 48 x 48mm)
• x12 2800 Series Zinc-Plated Steel
Socket Head Screw (M4 x 0.7mm,
8mm Length)
• x14 2812 Series Zinc-Plated Steel
Nylon-Insert Locknut (M4 x
0.7mm, 7mm Hex)
• x2 2800 Series Zinc-Plated Steel
Socket Head Screw (M4 x 0.7mm,
60mm Length)
INSTRUCTIONS:
A. Using 1 3-Hole Low Side U-Channel, 1 1 Hole Low Side
U-Channel, 1 3-Hole Pattern Plate, 1 1 Hole Pattern Plate, 6 M4
8mm Socket Head Screws, and 6 M4 Locknuts, assemble 1 side
of the Battery Mount as shown.
B. Using 1 3-Hole Pattern Plate, 1 1-Hole Pattern Plate, 6 M4 8mm
Socket Head Screws, and 6 M4 Locknuts, assemble the other
side of the Battery Mount as shown.
C. Using 2 M4 60mm Socket Head Screws and the remaining 2 M4
Locknuts, assemble the crossbeams as shown. Ensure to tighten
the locknuts tightly, but not too tight as to cause the Pattern
Plates to bend.
