When over-temperature protection is in effect, the speed LEDs (E) will flash and the power will
gradually be reduced to prevent damage to these components. When the temperature of the motor
and/or controller has cooled adequately, the speed LEDs will cease to flash and full power will again
be available. See 6.6 Heat and Over-Temperature Protection for more details.
