1. Disconnect the DC connector.
2. Reconnect the DC connector.
3. If the problem still exists, please call the local service oce.
DCI High
EEPROM R/W Failure

1. Disconnect the DC switch, take o DC connector, measure the
voltage of PV string.
2. Plug in DC connector, and reconnect DC switch.
3.If the voltage is less than 70 V, please check the PV string
conguration.
4. If the voltage is higher than 180V and still no display please
contact local service oce.
Inverters sold in Australia and New Zealand will also alarm as following when Isolation Fail
occurs.
1. The buzzer in the inverter will sound for 1 minute. If the problem persists, the buzzer
willsound every 30 min.
2. After adding the inverter to SEMS Portal, the alarm information will be emailed to the
customers via SEMS Portal.
