next to the account name.

You’re also able to delve into
particular news sources outside of what you select in the Google
Home app. CNN is one of several news providers that has their own
Google Assistant app, which you can open by saying “OK Google,
open CNN”. You’ll then hear the latest stories the station is covering.
As you’d expect, CNN covers all the latest international news. There
is an international edition of CNN – both online and on TV, and the
stories it covers do tend to be of international interest. However,
there is a very slight tinge of Americanism and certainly there is in
the presentation of the programming on TV and some of the story
reporting. However, CNN’s advantage is that, like the BBC, it has
reporters and presenters across the globe.
You’re also able to ask for the latest stories - “OK Google, ask
CNN for the latest news”. You can also ask CNN for the latest on
particular names, such as “OK Google, ask CNN for the latest on
Theresa May”. You’ll then be played a clip with the latest news
on that subject. When you’re listening to a news clip, you can
say “OK Google, stop” to stop the clip – you can do this at any
time with Google Home, of course, even if you’re playing music
or listening to Google Assistant read the weather – it’s a bit of a
catch-all command! You can always hear the full list of stories CNN
is covering by saying, “OK Google, ask CNN for more stories” or if
you want to move on to the next story on the current topic you
can then say “OK Google, next”. You’re also able to ask for stories by
topic, should you prefer to do that.
