Link and unlink accountsHow to...
The Google Home allows up to six dierent accounts to be linked to
the device. Each person can then access their own media and data.
Link a new account
To add a new account to the Google Home device, open the app
on your smartphone or tablet and make sure the device is on the
same Wi-Fi network as the Home. Tap the menu icon in the top-left
corner of the screen, select the downwards-pointing arrow next to
the current account and then tap on Manage Accounts. To unlink
an account, tap on the More icon above the Home device and go
into the device settings. Scroll up until you find ‘Linked account(s),’
tap this and then tap on the ‘X’ icon.
Voice Match
In order to access the new account’s emails, calendars or any other
personal information that user must first set up the Voice Match
feature. This is a safety precaution to protect that user’s data.
