Customising Your GoPro
Video Compression
Set the le format for your videos. Choose HEVC (to reduce le sizes) or
H.264 + HEVC (to use H.264 to maximise compatibility with older devices
while using HEVC for advanced settings).
Time and Date
Use to manually adjust the time and date. Both are automatically updated
when you connect your camera to the GoPro app.
Date Format
This is set automatically based on the language that you chose at setup.
You can also change it manually here.
VOICE CONTROL
Choose your Voice Control settings and see all of the
available commands.
Voice Control
Turn Voice Control on and o. It can also be toggled on or o using
the Dashboard.
Language
Choose your Voice Control language.

TOUCH SCREEN
Adjust Orientation, set the Screen Saver and adjust brightness.
Orientation
Keeps your screen the right way up when you rotate your camera.

Screen Saver
Set your camera’s screen saver to 1, 2 or 3 minutes. Choose Never to
leave your screen on.
Heads Up: The camera buttons and Voice Control still work even when
the screen is o.
Brightness
Use the slider to adjust your screen’s brightness.
