There might be times when you need to remove your camera’s door.
WARNING: Only remove the door in a dry, dust-free
environment. The camera is not waterproof when the door is
open or removed.
REMOVING THE DOOR
1. Unlock the door, slide it down and ip it open.
2. Gently force the door open until it snaps o.
WARNING: Avoid using MAX with the door removed. The
battery could slide out during use.

REATTACHING THE DOOR
1. Line the door up with the small silver bar.
2. Press the door tightly into the small silver bar until it snaps into place
and is securely attached.
NOTICE: Slide the door all the way up until there’s no gap and then lock it.
Don’t use the lock to slide the door closed.
