Roll up the excess fabric at the front of the frame, and fasten in place with the fabric straps.

After tensioning the straps, tuck the excess into the plastic clips on each strap. This prevents
accidentally stitching them into the quilt.

Press the side fabric clamps onto the side rails, with the lip on the clamps pointing inward.
