What to do if exhaust air from my Graco Water Pump contains fluid?
- SshawmarieSep 10, 2025
If the exhaust air from your Graco Water Pump contains fluid, there are a few potential causes. The diaphragm may be ruptured and needs replacing. Also, the fluid-side diaphragm plates might be loose, requiring you to torque the diaphragm shaft screws to 80 to 90 in-lb (9 to 10 N-m) at 100 rpm maximum. Another possible reason is that the U-cup diaphragm shaft seals are worn and need replacement.
