  Verify air line between purge controller (through flame arrestor) and pressure switch in explosion proof box is not obstructed. Verify wiring is secure in explosion proof box between the pressure switch terminals and the contactor. Verify wiring from explosion proof box to purge box (large explosion proof bushing) because there is an obstructed air line or loose wiring.

  Check purge box for leaks. Verify pinch valves in purge controller are all closed except for the 2 min pinch valve. Verify no obstruction on purge enclosure exhaust because there is a Leak in purge box or obstructed purge exhaust.

  Your Graco Paint Sprayer system may be running erratically due to several reasons: * Clogged air filter(s). Clean or replace the element(s). * Undersized air supply hoses. Replace them with appropriate sized hoses. * Undersized air compressor. Use a larger air compressor. * Undersized air supply pressure tank. Use a larger pressure tank. * Inlet air pressure gauge drops below 50 psi (0.35 MPa, 3.5 bar) while spraying. See solutions above for system runs erratically problem. * A and/or B air motor has ice. Open air motor de-ice bleed air control, allow ice to melt, dry or heat the compressed air, or use a smaller tip and lower flow rate. * Metering pump is binding.

  If the Pump Test completes without error, but either the A or B component has more than 750cc of fluid in the beaker for your Graco Paint Sprayer: * Repeat Pump Test with fresh fluid, because air is trapped in fluid due to excessive agitation, circulation, and heat. Fluid is measured by volume when it is compressed under pressure.

  If you receive a ratio alarm after starting in spray mode while using a remote mix manifold on your Graco Paint Sprayer, it may be because A and B hoses do not fill to the correct pressure ratio simultaneously, increasing spray time to balance pressure. Pressurize outlet hoses in manual A/B pump mode, then start spray mode.

  A low flow rate in your Graco Paint Sprayer might be due to: * Air supply hose being too small or too long. Use a 3/4 in. minimum ID air supply hose. * Inadequate air supply. Use a larger CFM compressor. * Air pressure to metering pumps being too low. Increase metering pump air pressure. * Spray tip being too small. Relieve pressure and install a larger tip, following the gun manual instructions. * Mix manifold, mixer, swivel, gun, or hoses partially plugged or too restrictive. Inspect parts for cured material. Clean or replace, or use larger hoses and mixer.
