CHAPTER 3 Settings and Measurement
(1)-16 Other setting
The following settings can be performed.
Setting Description
Annotation text string Set the annotation (comment) displayed in the CH.
Program Inter-CH
calculation
Set the contents of Program Inter-CH calculation
Four arithmetic operations (addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (x), division (÷)) can be used for
the Program Inter-CH calculation
Span setting Set the upper and lower limits of the span which the waveform is displayed.
Waveform color setting 0 to 31 for each of red, green, blue (RGB)
Thickness setting 1 to 8 dots
Trace This is used to set the waveform display.
Reference temperature
(Accumulated
temperature only)
Set the reference temperature accumulated within the range of -20 to +85°C
Reference temperature
polarity (Accumulated
temperature only)
Set High/Low accumulated polarity.
3-axis Acceleration / Temperature Sensor (GS-3AT: optional) setting
Performs the setting related to the input when connecting the 3-axis acceleration / temperature sensor.
The Setting screen is displayed at the end of the group by connecting the 3-axis acceleration / temperature
sensor and turning On the GL840’s power.
(1)-17 Input setting
This is used to select the input conditions.
Setting Description
Off The input signal is not measured. The waveform and digital display also are not performed.
1ch TEMP The temperature is measured with the xed temperature sensor inside the sensor part.
2ch to 4ch ACC. X (Y, Z) Measure XYZ direction of the acceleration inside the sensor part.
* 2ch: X-axis, 3ch: Y-axis, 4ch: Z-axis direction
5ch to 8ch No AMP Because the amplier cannot be installed, the “No AMP” is displayed.
(1)-18 Sensor setting
This is used to select the data processing method of the acceleration sensor.
Setting Description
1ch None
2ch to 4ch Peak The maximum value of the data is displayed.
Ave. The mean value is displayed.
RMS The root mean square value is displayed.
