CHAPTER 2 Checks and Preparation
2.22 Connecting the CO2 Sensor (GS-CO2) (Optional)
For the specications of CO2 sensor, refer to the Instruction Manual supplied with the sensor.
The connecting procedure between the GL840 and CO2 sensor is described.
Turn Off the GL840’s power.
Connect rmly the CO2 sensor’s connector to the GL840's GS sensor and terminal / adapter connection
terminal (GS-INPUT).
Turn On the GL840’s power and make sure that the sensor settings are displayed on the AMP Setting
screen.

2. Internal sensor
GL840 main module
1. Hook portion ...................Used to mount to a wall.
2. Internal sensor ...............A sensor that detects the CO2 is built in.
The lamp for detecting ashes every two seconds.
3. Connector .......................Used to connect to the connector on the GL840 main module.
Please do not use in a state in which only the CO2 sensor is attached on a wall or the like.
The damage of the connected cable and connector or the drop of the GL840 may be caused.
Do not use the module close to your face.
Your breath may affect measurements.
Blocking the module’s ventilation hole may cause the airow to affect measurements.
