Download of device le
The captured data in the internal memory (SD1) or SD CARD (SD2) of the GL840 can be downloaded to the
PC.
To display the FTP site in the Explorer from the gure above, press the Alt key and click the "View" and then
click the "Open FTP site with Explorer". The foillowing screen is displayed.
<About the FTP server function>
To connect to FTP server with an Internet browser, please set the user name and password as follows. If you
omit entering the user name and password, you will be automatically logged in with Anonymous account, so
operations will be restricted to read-only. If "(4)-5 Other settings" - "Anonymous connection" in "FTP server
settings" is set to "Disable", you will need to set a user name and password.
ftp://<username>:<password>@<FTP server name>
<Example of settings>
FTP server name: 192.168.0.1
User name: GL840
Password: abcd
URL: ftp://GL840:abcd@192.168.0.1
The following operations cannot be performed for read-pnly les:
• Upload le
• Delete le/folder
• Create le/folder
• Change le name/folder name
To write the data to the GL840, the login account name must be changed.
