Fix the new
compressor to
chassis
●
Replace the compressor
and tighten the nuts fixing
onto the base seat.
6. Connect the
suction and
exhaust pipe of
compressor to
system pipeline
●
Weld the connection pipe
of compressor and connect it
to the compressor
Note: During welding, take
care not to let the flame burn
other elements.
7. Connect the
power cables of
compressor
correctly
●
Use screwdriver to tighten
the screws fixing the power
cable.
●Connect the power cable
correctly
Note: When connecting the
power cable, please take
care on the marking of
power cable color and
corresponding terminal
code.
8. Check and open
the cover plate
●
Check if the pipe is
connected properly;
● Check if the pipe is
connected properly;
●
If no problem, close the
front and back cover plate.

remove the bolts fixing
the com

Replace and lock the
compressor. Then, connect
the

Mark the powe
r
cable colors and
corresponding
terminal codes
during removal.
