Why does my GSK Controller show overspeed?

  The overspeed issue in the GSK Controller can stem from several root causes. It might be triggered by a fault in the control circuit board, or an encoder fault. Additionally, the pulse frequency of the input instruction could be excessively high, or the acceleration/deceleration time constant might be set too low, leading to substantial speed overshooting. Furthermore, an improperly configured input electronic gear ratio, an inferior encoder cable, or an unstable servo system could also be contributing factors.

Additionally, verify that the input electronic gear ratio is correctly configured, as an excessively large ratio can contribute to overspeed.
