① Encoder UVW phase are damaged.
② Encoder Z phase is damaged.
③ The cable is inferior.
④ The cable shielding is not good.
⑤ Shield grounding is not well connected.
⑥ Encoder interfacing circuit is at fault.
①Change the encoder.
②Check the encoder
interfacing circuit.
