AC Input
A
ccepts the power cord. AC 100/120V
or 220/230V; 50/60Hz.

Fuse Socket
Holds the main fuse:
100/120V: T0.3A 250V;
220/230V: T0.25A 250V;

RS-232C port
A
ccepts an RS-232C cable for remote
control; DB-9 male connector.

GPIB port
A
ccepts a GPIB cable for remote
control (page 42).
Handler / Scan
port
The Handler/Scan port is used to
output pass/fail/high/low comparison
results.
Temperature
Sensor
The temperature sensor input for the
optional PT-100 temperature probe.
