RS-232C
Connection
The RS232 connection uses a Null-modem connection,
in which transmit (TxD) and receive (RxD) lines are
cross-linked.

Operation
Run this query from the terminal.
*idn?
This should return the Manufacturer, Model number, and
Firmware version.

Errors
If you do not receive a proper response from the Meter,
please check if the power is on, the GPIB address/RS232
baud rate is correct, and all cable connections are active.
