WARNING
Be sure you are standing rmly on
the ground when making the kicking
motion, and maintain enough space
between yourself and the back of the
vehicle. Otherwise, you may lose
your balance (for example, on an icy
surface).
To prevent the back door from acci-
dentally opening or closing, do not
carry the smart key with you in the
following situations:
When putting something down or
picking up something up behind the
vehicle.
When polishing or doing other main-
tenance on the back of the vehicle.
WARNING
In certain situations you need to
manually close the back door, be
sure to push on it from outside the
vehicle to make sure it closes all the
way.
Using the handle to close the back
door can pinch your hand and result
in serious injury.
Do not drive the vehicle when the
back door open.
No one should ride in the luggage
area.
Be careful not to injury anyone near
the back door when opening or clos-
ing.
When closing the back door, be care-
ful not to pinch any object, such as a
bag or necktie.
Do not allow children to operate the
back door, otherwise it can result in
accidental injury.
CAUTION
In certain situations, if you need to
manually open or close the back
door, move it slowly and smoothly.
Do not exert sudden force to compel
the back door to open or close more
quickly.
Always be careful when opening the
back door in strong wind. The strong
wind can cause the back door to
open too far and deform.
If the back door is frozen or covered
in snow and ice, do not force it open.
First use the heating function to
warm the interior of the vehicle, then
open the back door.
If you must open the back door in an
emergency, pour warm water on it to
melt the ice. Once the frozen spots
loosen, try opening.
Do not install or glue any ornaments
onto the back door support rod.
Do not pull sideways on the back
door, Doing so can bend and deform
the support rod.
While the back door is opening or
closing, do not force it in the oppo-
site direction. Doing so can cause
