4.2 Manifold diagram
A manifold is the reaction module where the chemistry occurs. This section explains how
to read a manifold diagram.
Each QuikChem Method contains a manifold diagram (Figure 28). The manifold diagrams
depict reagent flow rather than the manifold layout. Both diagrams represent the same
manifold. The second diagram depicts the manufacturer's nomenclature.
