Seat console

The driver's seat is
mounted on the seat
console. The seat console can be pivot-
ed up using the handle in order to ac-
cess the batteries and electric system.
Electrical compartments
(Fig. 19/13)
In the driver's cab, to the left and right of
the steering column, are two electrical
compartments which must be opened
by means of a special square wrench.
The electrical compartments
are not provided in the sense
of g
love compartments.
Side door
(Fig. 19/14)
Th
e side doors are located to the left
and right of the trough battery. The
doors must be pivoted open in order to
change the battery trough, refer to Sec-
tions 5.4.3 and 5.4.4.
Battery trough
(Fig. 19/15)
The
battery trough contains the 18 indi-
vidual battery cells and serves to en-
able a quick change of battery. The
battery trough is provided with fitting
holes in order to be able to change it us-
ing suitable tools, also refer to Sections
5.4.3 and 5.4.4.
