Some monitoring functions are realized via the controller.
Four sections are supervised:
1) Upon switching ON (key switch ON)
- Self-test of controller
- Current sensor
- Power controller of drive motor
- Contactor activation
- Driving direction signal
- Setpoint
2) Idle-circuit condition (ignition ON/no function)
- Self-test of controller
- Power controller of drive motor
- Contactor activation
- Current sensor
- Setpoint
3) Driving
- Self-test
- Power controller of drive motor
- Current for contactor activation
4) Continuously
- Temperature of power unit
- Battery voltage
Additionally the drive controller monitors some safety functions of the machine electric.
