MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
• Select the Chloride method using the procedure described in the Method Selection section (see
page 18).
• Fill one cuvette (#1) with 10 mL of deionized water (up to the mark).
• Fill another cuvette (#2) with 10 mL of sample (up to the mark).
Notes: For samples with low chloride ion concentration, rinse the cuvette a few times
with sample before filling it with 10 mL of sample.
For the most accurate results, use two graduated pipettes to deliver exactly10 mL
of deionized water and 10 mL of sample to the cuvettes.
