FLUORIDE HIGH RANGE
• Press Timer and the display will show the countdown prior to zeroing the blank or, alternatively,
wait for one minute and press Zero. The display will show “‑0.0‑” when the meter is zeroed
and ready for measurement.
• Remove the cuvette.
• Add 1 mL of sample to the cuvette using the second 1 mL syringe.
• Replace the cap and invert several times to mix.
• Insert the cuvette into the instrument and close the lid.
• Press Timer and the display will show the countdown prior to the measurement or, alternatively,
wait for one minute and press Read. When the timer ends the meter will perform the reading.
The instrument displays the results in mg/L of fluoride (F
-
).
