Why is no liquid getting to the pump on my Hardi Paint Sprayer?

If your Hardi Paint Sprayer isn't spraying liquid, it could be due to a plugged suction tube, a valve on the suction manifold being incorrectly positioned, or an air leak in the suction filter O-ring.
