Why is the pressure jumping on my Hardi Paint Sprayer?

  If the pressure in your Hardi Paint Sprayer is jumping, it could be due to several reasons. The output from the by-pass lines might be causing a disturbance around the suction hose. Alternatively, there could be a small tear or pinhole in the suction hose, the PTO shaft might be slipping on the pump shaft, there could be a bad suction valve or suction side air leak, or the valves on the Pressure Manifold might not be in the correct position.
