sequence for RunningSenseACK
and RunningSenseON)

RunningSenseON code, it assumes
that the display is OFF.

Passed to plasma display; specifies
the turn ON control code.
TurnONACK Sequence of hexadecimal
values
Specifies the expected return code
from the plasma display upon
successful receipt of
TurnONControlCode.
TurnOFFControlCode Sequence of hexadecimal

Passed to plasma display; specifies
the turn OFF control code.
