6.4.3.3 Troubleshooting
• Gain check: the input to output gain should be unity when the GAIN control is in the
center of the range.
• The drawing is well annotated with level information and DC control voltages that help
with troubleshooting.
6.4.4 UPS Battery Testing
Refer to the UPS manual for routine battery testing. It is difficult to estimate battery
lifetime since it is a function of cycling and ambient temperature. The lifetime could be
as short as one year.
