3.13 Main Controller Serial Programming
FOR SERIAL ISP PROGRAMMING:
1. Apply power to target board.
2. Connect 9 pin serial cable from PC to DB-9F connector.
3. Start Harris In System Programming application version 1.10, HarrisISP.exe (861-
1121-191). This will be furnished with the updated software
4. Select the appropriate COM port which you connected in step 2.
5. Select the baud rate 19200.
6. Double click on the microcontroller [0] icon in the upper left portion of the screen.
7. De-select the "Use Uploader file?" check box by clicking on it.
8. In the "Select Application File" box select the "PLAT2_CTRL _APP_VVVV.S19"
file.
9. Click on the "Program" button.
10. A dialog box will appear which reads "The application file selected appears to be
incorrect. Do you wish to continue anyway?" Click "YES".
11. When the file transfer is complete click on the "Okay" button.
12. The target will reset.
13. Verify correct Verification Data is displayed on product User Interface
14. Exit the Harris ISP application.
