9. Check tyre pressures
7.2.2.3. Every 500 hours
10. Clean cab air filter
11. Lubricate gear lever joints
12. Check wheel nuts tightness
13. Check brake fluid level
14. Grease door hinges
15. Change engine oil and filter (or yearly), in
extremely dusty conditions at 250 − hours
16. Check brake pedal free travel
17. Check clutch pedal free travel
18. Check PTO lever free travel
19. Check oil level in power/ transmission
20. Check oil level in differential of 4 wheel drive
21. Check oil lever in hub reduction gears of 4
wheel drive
22. Check oil level in hydraulic system
23. Change oil filter transmission
24. Check the tightness of the belt (alternator,
coolant/water pump).
NOTE: When carrying out servicing you must follow
the service intervals, i.e., you must also do all
previously mentioned items. For example, when
doing 500 hours service you must also do the
servicing required weekly and daily.
