The battery is not taking any charge
You may need a new battery, or the Charger
may not be working.
Check the red light on the charging cradle.
The range is short
Dog may be shielded by structures such
as metal fences, chain-link dog enclosures,
screen doors, buildings, etc. These can aect
the radio signal.
If the e-collar is on backwards, position the
receiver so that the light faces toward the
dog’s nose.
If you are experiencing temporary radio
interference, it could be radio signals from
nearby CBs and walkie-talkies that are
reducing your range.
The stimulation seems too high, not high
enough, or the dog does not seem to feel it at all
The collar should be snug. Contact points
must press against the dogs skin to provide
ecient, consistent stimulation.
In very cold weather, you may need to use a
slightly higher setting to achieve the same
level of intensity.
The Master Transmitter or e-collar indicates
low charge very quickly
The unit could have been left switched on
between training sessions. Make sure the
receiver is switched o after use.
In very cold weather, the low battery
indication can occur prematurely.
The e-collar deactivates itself while training

The indicator LED does not come on when the
Master Transmitter/e-collar is placed on the
charging cradle/charger

Check the charger connection.
Dog and Gun button does not communicate
Make sure the Transmitter is in the DG
position, and press any button. The
transmitter will ash.
Dog and Gun button will not change intensity
level
Make sure you hold down the Master
Transmitter button that the gun button has
been paired to. The other button will not
change the intensity level on that button.
The Dog and Gun button is inconsistent
Check to make sure the Master Transmitter
and the Dog and Gun button are within line
of sight, and not behind your body. The
transmitter should be within 1 meter.
