Button. The LED will ash 3 times, indicating that the 1st digit of ID code has been selected.
5. While the LED is still on, turn the Selector Dial to select the 2nd digit of ID code. Then press the Side
Button. The LED will ash 3 times, indicating the 2nd digit of ID code has been selected.
6. After the 2nd digit has been entered (or 15 seconds has passed), the LED will turn o and the ID of
the Master Transmitter will be updated. The unit will be in the same mode prior to setting the ID code.
7. The Master Transmitter and the e-collar will need to be matched after ID has been changed.
Resetting the Master Transmitter to Default ID
Set the Dog & Gun Dial to “T position.
Set the Toggle Switch to down position, and the Selector Dial to 6. This will not change the mode of
operation of the Master Transmitter.
On the back of the unit, press and release the Mode Button with a pen.
The LED lights up in solid green for 20 seconds.
Do not press any buttons and wait until the LED turns o. The unit will be in the same mode prior to
setting the ID code.
The Master Transmitter and the e-collar will need to be matched after ID has been reset to default ID.
Master Transmitter and E-Collar Rechargeable Batteries
The batteries should last for a period of 3-5 years. When a battery
needs replacement, you can order a new pack by calling our Customer
Care Center at 1-800-610-4299. Please do not open the e-collar or
Master Transmitter until you have received the replacement.
Do not charge the e-collar in areas with high temperatures (100° F+).
Battery disposal – Regulations and laws pertaining to the recycling and
disposal of lithium batteries varies in dierent countries, states and
local governments. European governments have more strict
regulations on the disposal of rechargeable batteries than the
American and Canadian governments.
Please check your local laws and regulations in terms of rechargeable
battery disposal.
To Replace the E-Collar Battery
Please order a new battery pack by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-800-610-4299
Remove the strap from the e-collar.
Undo the 4 screws located at the back of the e-collar.
Open the case.
Unplug the battery connector from the board.
Plug in the new battery.
Close the case and put the screws back in.
To Replace the Master Transmitter Battery

Open the case.
Unplug the battery connector from the board.
