commands are inspected by a qualified expert on a regular basis, and at the latest once annually.
A qualified expert is someone who has adequate skills and
knowledge in the field of wireless radio controls based on
relevant technical training or experience, and is familiar with
applicable national industrial safety regulations, safety
standards, guidelines and generally approved technical practice
(including DIN standards, VDE standards and technical
standards of other member states of the European Union or other
states party to the convention on the European Economic Area),
to the extent that they can assess the operating safety of the
equipment.
After the initial installation, explosion-proof electrical devices
have be checked for their proper condition and on demand, but

acknowledged expert unless they are not regularly checked by a

The notes have to be shown to the executives of the authorising
agency or the controlling institution any time on request.
