Wrong Ribbon
Error Message No. 520
The ribbon installed in the printer does not
match the ribbon type selected in the
printer driver.
OR
A self-test job cannot be printed with the
print media installed.
Replace the ribbon in the printer with the type
specified by the printer driver.

Error Message No. 431, 432, 433, 452, 457,
485, 547, 548, 549, 550
Unspecified system error is detected by
printer firmware.
Reset printer and try again. If problem
persists, call for technical assistance.

The print head has become too hot. Allow to cool off and try again.
Ribbon Temp Error
Error Message No. 441
The ambient temperature of the printer is
too high.
OR
Sensor failure.
Allow to cool off and try again. If problem
persists, call for technical assistance.
Please Install Film and Close Cover
Error Message No. 536
Film is not installed. Install the film. Press OKand run the
calibration routine again.
Check Film/Card
Error Message No. 552
Card became jammed in printer during
transfer.
Clear the jam.
Calibrate Failed
Error Message No. 60
Lam right has failed calibration. Verify materials are installed in all stations.
Close the laminator cover and retry
calibration.
Lam No Material
Error Message No. 63
There is no material loaded in the
laminator.
Install the film and press Resume. To cancel
the print, click Cancel Print or press the
Cancel button on the printer.
N/A
Error Message No. 64
Firmware error in either the printer or the
laminator.
Reset the printer and try again. If this
problem persists, call for technical
assistance.
Remove Card
Error Message No. 68
Card in system needs to be manually
removed.
Open the laminator top cover. Use the printer
button to move the card out of the laminator
or remove the card manually.
Remove Lam Cartridge
Error Message No. 210
Remove laminate rolls from the laminator. Open the laminator top cover. Remove the
film and close the laminator front cover.
Wrong Laminate Type
Error Message No. 237
The wrong laminate type is installed in the
laminator.
Ensure that the appropriate laminator film is
installed and press the Resume button
located on the printer to continue printing. To
cancel, click Cancel Print or press the Cancel
button on the printer.
