ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
VERTICAL LIFTING PLATFORM PH-300
14. Final tests
Carry out the nal checks and tests on the lifting platform indicated in the
commissioning checksheet PS-560; the results of the test may be written down in this
document.
The procedure for some of the nal tests is described below.
1 Load the vehicle with the rated load and press the ascend push button.
2 Open the pressure gauge protection valve and write down the reading (full load
pressure).
3 Close the shut off valve.
4 Command an ascent operation and write down the reading in the pressure gauge
once the pressure is stabilised (actuation pressure).
5 This pressure should be between 1.3 and 1.4 times the full load pressure.
6 Should this not be the case, tighten bolt A to increase or loosen it to decrease the
pressure.
7 Close the pressure gauge protection valve to preserve the correct operation of the
gauge.
1 Load the vehicle with the rated load; place the load as near to the guide rail as
possible.
2 Bring the vehicle to the upper landing level.
3 Measure the position of the bolt B for the adjustment of the descent speed, and
then loosen it ve turns to increase the descent speed.
4 Make a call to the vehicle from the lower landing level push button panel and
when it starts to descend actuate the manual descent push button to increase the
descent speed further. Verify that the safety valve actuates and stops the descent.
5 Make an ascent call to reset the safety valve.
6 Return the bolt B to its original position.
