Setting options per port:
X Ingress Limiter Rate for the packet types selected in the Ingress Lim-
iter frame:
X = 0, no ingress limit at this port.
X > 0, maximum outgoing traffic rate in kbit/s that is allowed to be
sent at this port.
X Egress Limiter for broadcast packets:
X = 0, no rate limit for outbound broadcast packets at this port.
X > 0, maximum number of outgoing broadcasts per second sent at
this port.
