ATTACHING THE TERMINAL COVER
The terminal cover protects the terminal at the
bottom of the camera/recorder to which the
external power adapter is to be attached, from
damage, dirt, dust, etc.
Attach the terminal cover if you are not using the
external power adapter.
NOTE: Before attaching the terminal cover, check
that there is no sand, water or dirt adhering to the
terminal. If anything adheres to the terminal, use
the brush (provided) or a soft cloth to wipe it off
completely.
LOADING BATTERY FOR REMOTE CONTROL
You may want to install the remote control battey (provided) immediately to prevent losing it.
1. Pull the battery holder from the remote control
(provided).
2. Place the battery as illustrated, and then attach
the holder to the remote control.
NOTE: When replacing the battery, use 3V micro
lithium battery Maxell CR2025.
This product uses a lithium battery which
contains dangerous chemicals. Handle and
dispose of with great care.
WARNING
• Do not throw in a fire.
• Do not short circuit it.
• Do not disassemble it.
• After use please bring back to retail
shop.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL CASE
The remote control is not water-resistant, if you
use the remote control for recording when it rains
or snows or where it could be splashed by water,
insert the remote control into the case with the
infrared transmission window forward as shown
in the figure. You can use the remote control
while it is in the case.
