Described here is an example of newly setting a time
program at program No. 1. Ten minutes after the start (1),
photomultiplier voltage is changed from MID to LOW,
excitation wavelength from 250 to 270 nm, emission
wavelength from 350 to 370 nm, and hold function is
applied, then measurement is completed after 20 minutes
(2).
