Disconnect the machine from the power supply prior to any checks performed
at the machine itself!

Machine does not
start
 machine is not connected
 fuse or contactor broken

 Switch fuse, activate protec-
tion
 Replace cable
Bandsaw is not on
speed
 Extension cord too long
 Motor not suitable for existing
voltage

 Exchange on optional exten-
sion cable
 see switch box cover for
correct wiring
 Contact the electrician
The machine vibrates
strongly
 Standing on uneven ground
 Motor mounting is loose
 Belt tension spring is worn or bro-
ken
 reconstitute
 Tighten the mounting
screws
 Replace the spring
bad cuts
 Feed too fast
 Bandsaw blade is loose
 Select a lower feed
 Tighten the saw blade
