Language Setting
Set the LANGUAGE of the on-screen display to one of
the following: ENG (English; default language), CHN
(Chinese), CHN(S) (simplified Chinese), JPN
(Japanese), or KOR (Korean).
Special Mode Settings
The SPECIAL submenu can be used to detect defected or dead pixels, set the TV mode,
and select the Optical Low Pass Filter (OLPF) to use.
DEFECT DET. The camera can detect and correct dead (defective) pixels in the image. Select ON to open the
DEFECT DET. submenu, and set the threshold level to have the camera automatically detect
and adjust the dead pixels.
TV MODE Sets the camera to either NTSC (default) or PAL mode.
O.L.P.F. Select the Optical Low Pass Filter (O.L.P.F.) for the camera to use from RED CUT (default) or
PASS.
